A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement for general use free of charge.
An equipped kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, hot air fryer, rice cooker, Senseo coffee machine, cooker+oven, fridge...) is available for all residents to use free of charge
The spacious living\/dining room is also equipped with a table and 6 chairs as well as several modern lounge chairs, a TV and an Xbox One including lots of games.
Of course, you also have access to the internet in the form of WiFi.
For the price mentioned, you will receive a room in a modern \u201eall-inclusive\u201c living concept. Electricity, heating, water, internet: Everything included!
There are no hidden costs!
A cleaning robot regularly mops the floors of the communal areas such as the bathroom, hallway, living room and kitchen. For the rest, there is a fair weekly cleaning schedule. All you have to do is clean your own room and take care of your own \u201estuff\u201c in the communal areas such as the kitchen (i.e. washing your own dishes, wiping work surfaces after cooking, taking out the rubbish, etc.).
For the safety of all residents, the following rooms are under video surveillance: kitchen, living room, laundry room, entrance area and corridors. After all, people who are strangers to each other live here under one roof.
That's why there are also house rules.
Pets and smoking are also prohibited throughout the house.
The house is centrally located within the wall. It is a 2-minute walk to the Gesek water wheel or to the centre (Rossmann, Deichmann, bakery, savings bank, etc.).
The nursing school can also be reached in 5 minutes.
The proximity of the railway station (10 minutes on foot) is ideal for commuters. Lippstadt or Paderborn are very easy to reach.
