Room: The room is approx. 14 m² in size and faces the garden, making it pleasantly quiet. It is fully furnished and has a bed, a bedside table, a desk, a wardrobe, a wardrobe and an armchair. The house also has a garden that can be shared. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
Shared flat living: The flat is a 4-bed flat share. As two flatmates are currently moving out, we are looking for two new flatmates. The large house consists exclusively of students and is divided into several separate flatshares. It is not a functional flat share - friendly interaction and a very good house community are part of everyday life here.
Location: The shared flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the university, so both the university and the city centre are within easy walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside the front door. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the room is on the ground floor.
