The Studierendenwerk arranges none Residential offer. We merely provide the platform. The posted offers are checked by us not tested. We are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the condition of the flats and for legal issues relating to the tenancy agreement. none Liability. Please contact the landlord directly for viewings and all further steps. Rent, deposit and service charge payments are only made directly to the landlord, not the Studierendenwerk PB.

There are No commissions or other fees The offer is free of charge for all parties involved. Adverts usually remain eight weeks online. However, we reserve the right to remove or reject them at any time, for example if they do not meet our standards.
The forms of housing on offer must Suitable for shared flats This means: sufficient space in the kitchen, bathroom and other communal areas. By placing an advert, landlords ensure that the living space is in good condition and that all legal requirements correspond.

Our platform shows room and flat offers from private landlords in Paderborn, Hamm and Lippstadt. Students can search directly for available accommodation and contact the providers themselves.
No. The Studierendenwerk is not an intermediary, receives No commission and takes over No liability for the content of the adverts, the condition of the flats or legal aspects of the rental contracts. All offers come directly from private providers and are unchecked.
No. The use of the platform is completely free of charge and part of the social mission of the Paderborn Student Union.
Private landlords can publish their listings on our website free of charge. Advertisements remain eight weeks online and can then be extended as often as required for a further eight weeks - until the offer is rented out.
