The Studierendenwerk arranges none Housing offers. We merely provide the platform. The offers posted are checked by us not tested. We are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the condition of the flats and for legal issues relating to the tenancy agreement. none Liability. Our platform shows room and flat offers from private landlords in Paderborn, Hamm and Lippstadt. Students can search directly for available accommodation and contact the providers themselves.
No. The Studierendenwerk is not an intermediary, receives No commission and takes over No liability for the content of the adverts, the condition of the flats or legal aspects of the rental contracts. All offers come directly from private providers and are unchecked.
No. The use of the platform is completely free of charge and part of the social mission of the Paderborn Student Union.
Private landlords can publish their listings on our website free of charge. Advertisements remain eight weeks online and can then be extended as often as required for a further eight weeks - until the offer is rented out.
