The offer is complemented by 18 flats in the terrace house. These one-room flats have a shower and WC, a hallway and a fitted kitchen and can be used by one or two people.

The flats are modern and functionally furnished and have their own shower room and a pantry kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances. This means you are well equipped for your everyday student life.

You are welcome to bring your own furniture by prior arrangement. The basic furniture is part of the flat and may not be removed.

In the event of key loss
If the key to the residential unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure is paid for by Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount.
(approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00) will be charged.

The Caretakers and security guards only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
