The generous skylights (with window sills) make the living space very bright. The kitchen area (incl. EBK) is a tube in the passageway from the living area to the sleeping area. A dining area cannot be created in this part. However, the very large living area invites you to do so. The flat can be reached via two entrances, the rear entrance from the car park via a steel staircase and via the internal staircase.
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed, as there is no immediate possibility to walk them.
