We live in a complete house with a beautiful garden in a quiet residential area near the university.
The university can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by bike/12 minutes on foot, as can a large shopping centre. There are several bus stops in the immediate vicinity.
The house consists of 5 rooms, living-dining room, kitchen with built-in appliances, 2 bathrooms, a veranda and the garden.
You would live in the bright room on the 1st floor, approx. 25 square metres. Your balcony is quiet and faces the garden.
You share the large bathroom with shower with 2 flatmates.
The bathrooms, communal areas and windows are cleaned by a company.
A washing machine is available in the basement.
The room will be handed over to you freshly painted.
The rent consists of a basic rent of € 280.00 and an advance payment of € 110.00 for ancillary costs.
The deposit is € 560.00.
