The approx. 25 m² flats are optimally equipped for student needs. In addition to a bed, wardrobe and shelving, they have a workstation with a functional desk, chair and Internet connection as well as satellite TV and telephone connection. A kitchen with kitchenette and a fully equipped bathroom complete the furnishings.
It is possible to bring your own furniture into the room by prior arrangement. Removing furniture from the basic furnishings is not permitted.
Study room in the residential complex: Your place to study, for online meetings or film evenings. The study room is located on the ground floor of the residential complex.
Further information
Parking spaces for bicycles and cars are available directly at the entrances and exits. It is easy to get to the city centre by bus or bicycle.

Monday to Thursday, 3:45 pm to 7:30 am; Friday from 2:45 pm; Saturday to Sunday and public holidays, all day: Kieler Wach- und Sicherheit GmbH & Co. KG, chargeable; € 70.00 per journey on Sundays and public holidays and between 22:00 and 06:00 additional costs apply).
After the agreed time, there is a maximum wait of 10 minutes. After this time, a new journey must be paid for.

The fee will be charged separately by the housing administration.
In the event of key loss
If the key to the accommodation unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure will be invoiced by the Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount (approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00).
The caretakers and security guards will only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
