The MensaFlohmakt in the FORUM is already firmly established in the diaries of students and the Studierendenwerk. With our markets, we not only want to create space for encounters, but also make a contribution to sustainability and conscious consumption. After all, old favourites often still have plenty of life left in them - they just need to find new owners.

The popular Mensa flea market returns to the Paderborn campus.
The FORUM will be transformed into a colourful paradise of clothes, books, accessories and little treasures from 4pm to 7pm.
Look forward to a relaxed atmosphere, good music and plenty of opportunities to browse and discover.
To mark the start of the 26/27 winter term, we’ll let you know here as soon as table bookings for the next canteen car boot sale at the FORUM open!

Frequent Questions about the Mensa flea market (FAQ)
The MensaFlohmmarkt takes place every semester in the Mensa on the Paderborn campus. Here you can sell, swap or simply browse - in a relaxed atmosphere in the centre of the campus. The flea market is not only a great opportunity for bargains, but also a place to exchange ideas and meet people.
On 18 November from 4 pm to 7 pm at the FORUM.

At the Mensa Flea Market, you can look forward to a relaxed atmosphere, a live DJ, drinks and snacks from the Grill|Café, and plenty of opportunities to browse and discover!
The MensaFlohmarkt takes place once every semester at the FORUM on the University of Paderborn campus! The next MensaFlohmarkt at the FORUM starts on 18 November 2026!
Any goods that fit the nature of a car boot sale may be sold here – from clothes and accessories to books and board games, anything goes!
The following items are excluded from sale at the MensaFlohmarkt:
- new goods, whether manufactured industrially or made by hand
- Food & Drink
- Clothing and other items with serious defects

No, you cannot drive directly onto the site. The surrounding car parks at the University of Paderborn are available for you to use!
The FORUM itself has a lift which you can use to transport your belongings comfortably from the ground floor to the first floor, depending on which floor of the FORUM your stand is on.
