I'm looking for a flatmate to share a flat with me!

I am twenty years old and have recently started my training as a rider. I have found a nice 74 square metre flat with a balcony in Etteln, which would be well suited for a shared flat due to its size and room layout. A bus stop with a connection to Paderborn is within walking distance, so this would also be interesting for female students. I am a very open and cheerful person, which is why I would be happy to have a flatmate of a similar age who would like to live in a shared flat. The warm rent for the flat is €680, which would then be divided by two.
