Lofts im Zentrum offers you 99 apartments in the centre of the city. The residential complex is located in a converted existing building - this means that the rooms vary in size and each one is unique. You can expect 55 spacious single and 22 spacious double flats with living spaces between 17 and 43 m².

The rooms are optimally equipped for student needs. In addition to a bed, wardrobe and shelving, there is also a workstation with a functional desk, chair and Internet connection as well as a satellite TV connection. A kitchen with kitchenette and a fully equipped bathroom complete the furnishings of the flats. The furniture is handed over without decorative items or linen.

It is possible to bring in your own furniture after consultation with the housing administration. Removing furniture from the basic furnishings is not permitted.
