In the event of key loss
If the key to the residential unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure will be invoiced by Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount (approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00).

The Caretakers and security guards only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
