Peter-Hille-Weg 13 in Paderborn

The residential complex Peter-Hille-Weg 13 offers you modern living in a central location. A total of 235 furnished apartments available to meet the various accommodation needs of students.

You can choose from 215 individual flats with its own shower and WC, a living space of approx. 15.5 m² and a practical pantry kitchen. Additionally there is a shared flat with two places for communal living.

The offer is complemented by 18 flats in the terrace house. These one-room flats have a shower and WC, a hallway and a fitted kitchen and can be used by either one or two people.

You are welcome to bring your own furniture by prior arrangement. The basic furniture is part of the flat and may not be removed.

Parking spaces for bicycles and cars are available directly at the entrances and exits. The campus and city centre are just a few minutes„ walk away. The Schulbrede bus stop on Warburger Straße connects the residential complex directly with the city centre, Kasselertor train station and Paderborn's main train station.

After the agreed time, there is a maximum wait of 10 minutes. After this time, a new journey must be paid for.

The fee will be charged separately by the housing administration.

In the event of key loss
If the key to the accommodation unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure will be paid for by the Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount.
(approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00) will be charged.

The Caretakers and security guards only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
