Mensa Academica - CAMPUS UPB
Mensa Academica - You'll find your favourite dish here! The Mensa Academica of the Paderborn Student Union is the centrepiece of campus catering at Paderborn University. On most days, two vegan, one vegetarian and one meat or fish-based meal and a vegan stew are offered as a basic dish. There is also a salad buffet, a vegetable and pasta buffet and snacks from the snack menu. Spacious seating areas, short waiting times and a modern ambience make the canteen a popular meeting place for students and staff. Whether for a quick lunch between lectures or a relaxed break with friends - Mensa Academica combines high quality with fair prices.

FORUM - Campus UPB
The FORUM - Your place for lunch break & meeting. It's a cafeteria at Paderborn University. It offers you plenty of space to combine meeting, learning and eating in one place. In addition to hot meals, it also offers coffee specialities, baked goods, snacks and much more. So take the opportunity to get a hot coffee and a tasty sandwich in the morning to get your day off to a perfect start. The Forum also offers changing snacks (10:00 to 15:00) during the lecture period. During the lecture-free period, we offer a different menu in the FORUM.

Canteen ZM2 - Campus Fürstenallee
Welcome to the ZM2 - your meeting place for good flavour on the Zukunftsmeile! Start your day in our coffee bar, which from 08:00 to 14:15 is open for you. Here you can enjoy aromatic coffee, a wide range of coffee specialities, tea and a freshly prepared breakfast with a variety of sandwiches. Tuesdays to Thursdays delicious wraps expand the range. You will also find a selection of baked goods, sweets and refreshing cold drinks.
Opens at lunchtime from 11:30 to 13:45 our daily menu with three different dishes: one with meat or fish, one vegetarian and one vegan option. You can also look forward to a varied bowl or a fresh salad plate, which are also available in meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan versions, depending on the composition.
With the closure of the coffee bar at 2:15 pm our daily operations end.

Basilica Hamm - Your place for a break & enjoyment! The Canteen Basilica on the Hamm campus boasts a cosy atmosphere and a varied menu. There are several freshly prepared dishes to choose from every day - including vegetarian and vegan options. The offer is complemented by snacks, salads and sweet treats. With its pleasant ambience and fair prices, the Mensa Basilica is a favourite place for students and staff to grab a bite to eat or take a relaxing break.

Welcome to the picnic - your open campus space for meetings & breaks! On around 500 m² and with 370 seats the picnic offers you the ideal place to study together, relax or simply spend time with fellow students. Four versatile Self-service machines provide you with drinks, snacks and light refreshments throughout the day - reliably and well into the evening.
The picnic is a lively meeting place where you can work flexibly, exchange ideas or take a spontaneous break. A place that is there for you exactly when you need it.

Welcome to the Bona Vista, the cosy Coffee bar on the campus of Paderborn University!

Grill|Café - Campus UPB
Your place for events, enjoyment and socialising: during the lecture period, you can relax in the Grill|Café from 2 pm. With cool drinks, delicious hot dishes and small snacks, you can spend your lecture break or study time in a chilled atmosphere with your fellow students. When you've had enough of studying, we also have a selection of games for you to borrow to pass the time.

We offer you delicious speciality dishes every month in the Grill|Café. From gratinated tortillas and tarte flambée to mashed potatoes, there's something for everyone. We can also prepare selected vegan dishes for you on request. We'll be happy to keep you up to date on which of your favourite dishes is currently on offer.
