Living

Application for Living space

You can apply directly for a room that suits your requirements via the accommodation application form.

You can live in our halls of residence for up to six semesters - enough time to settle in at your place of study, make friends, integrate culturally and break down language barriers.

Our aim is to give you the support you need to succeed in your studies. Rents are calculated to cover costs, and the housing administration ensures that a lively, open and international community is created through careful occupancy.

How do I apply?

Simply complete the residence application online.

You must confirm your interest by e-mail every 60 days - otherwise your application will be automatically cancelled. If you no longer need a place to live, please have yourself removed from the waiting list in writing.

When will I find out if I can move in?

As soon as a suitable place is available, you will receive an e-mail with the offer. For this we need your admission or certificate of enrolment. First-year students can submit the certificate later.

How long does it take?

The waiting time is around 1-2 semesters. It is worth applying early, especially in the winter semester, as demand is particularly high then.

What are the criteria for awarding?

Places are allocated in chronological order of receipt of applications.
