The 23 m² flats are optimised for your everyday student life. The basic furnishings include a bed, wardrobe and shelving. There is also a workstation with a functional desk, chair and internet connection. A satellite TV and telephone connection are also available.

A separate kitchen with kitchenette and a fully equipped bathroom round off the flat and ensure comfortable living.

It is possible to bring in your own furniture by prior arrangement. However, the basic furniture belongs to the flat and may not be removed.

In case of key loss:
If the key to the accommodation unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure will be invoiced by the Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount (approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00).

The caretakers and security guards will only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
