The residences are integrated into the Mersinweg residential and guest park of the Paderborn Student Union and are located in the immediate vicinity of the Paderborn University campus. This means you benefit from short distances to lectures, the library, the canteen and other catering services offered by the Studierendenwerk.

Facts

The Mersinweg residential and guest park is a complex of 4 buildings in the immediate vicinity of the university and the Südring shopping centre. Good bus connections via lines 4, 9 and 58 as well as the university line guarantee excellent mobility.

After the agreed time, there is a maximum wait of 10 minutes. After this time, a new journey must be paid for.

In the event of key loss
If the key to the accommodation unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure will be invoiced by the Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount (approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00).

The Caretakers and security guards only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
