In the Uhlandstraße residential complex you will find 32 terraced houses are available as shared flats. The houses of the Englische Siedlung, which were built in 1961, are used as shared flats for three people in the mid-terraced houses and four people in the end terraced houses and offer you plenty of space to live together.
The living spaces are divided into two floors and are each furnished with a bed, desk and chair, a wall cupboard or wardrobe and - depending on the room - a shelf. Carpeted floors create a cosy atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a spacious communal kitchen, which offers plenty of space for cooking and socialising together. In addition to the communal shower room, the end terraced houses also have a separate guest WC.

The rooms are optimised for your everyday student life. The furnishings include a bed, a wardrobe and - depending on the room - a shelf. You also have a workstation with a functional desk, chair and internet connection.
One Communal kitchen with seating and a Fully equipped bathroom complement the accommodation on offer and provide you with everything you need to study, cook and relax.
The basic furniture is part of the room and may not be removed.

The residential complex has an attractive connection to the transport network of the Padersprinters. You can get directly to the university in just a few minutes on the 58, and lines 7, 8 and 28 are also directly connected.
The night bus connection is provided by lines N1 and N2.
The university, the catholic university and the FHDW can be reached by bike or car in less than 15 minutes.

After the agreed time, there is a maximum wait of 10 minutes. After this time, a new journey must be paid for.

In the event of key loss
If the key to the accommodation unit is no longer available, the cylinder must be replaced. This measure will be invoiced by the Studierendenwerk Paderborn in the actual amount (approx. € 300.00 to € 400.00).
Dhe caretakers and security guards only grant access to the residential units if they can be identified by an identity card, passport, driving licence or student ID. Security will only open the front door. If you have lost the key to your room, a new lock must be fitted by the caretaker. This can only be done during the caretaker's working hours.
