If you have always wanted to see your favourite dish or, even better, your HerzGericht on the Mensa menu, now is your chance!
Take part in the StW PB recipe competition and send us your favourite dish!
It's that easy to take part:
- Step 1: Think about your HerzGericht!
- Step 2: Fill out the entry form and send your recipe by 31.05.2026 to herzgericht@stwpb.de!
- Step 3: Our expert gastronomy jury will select the finalists who will cook their HerzGerichte dishes at the cooking session in the FORUM on 18 June.
- Step 4: The dishes from the cooking session on 18 June will be tasted directly by a selected jury and finally judged!
- Step 5: From 6 to 10 July, the winning dishes will be presented to the public for the first time and offered in the Mensa Academica menu! Afterwards you will find your HerzGericht in the Mensa menu!
