The three-storey residential complex is nestled between flower meadows, privet hedges and the small River Weihe Union Street in a quiet location between Unionstraße and Konrad-Adenauer-Ring. Here you have a total of 49 double flats especially for students.

The flats are approx. 45 m² in size and offer you a comfortable living environment. All flats on the ground floor are barrier-free designed. The individual rooms with a size of approx. 16 m² are optimised for your everyday student life. The furnishings include a bed, wardrobe and shelving as well as a workstation with a functional desk, chair and internet connection. A satellite TV connection is also available.

A separate kitchen with kitchenette and a fully equipped bathroom round off the accommodation. You are welcome to bring your own additional furniture.

The proximity to the campus and city centre as well as good bus and train connections make the location perfect for student living.

A water-brine heat pump system was installed in the building to generate heat. The necessary geothermal probes were installed in the outdoor areas of the property. This residential complex of the Paderborn student union is thus also making a contribution to sustainability.
